How is my local public library using social media?  

Twitter

It was hard to find the twitter handle as it was not on the website and they have abbreviated the name.

This handle covers the libraries that fall under the City of Canada Bay and not specifically Concord Public Library.

There are not many posts and it is certainly not monitored daily or even weekly.

Facebook

This Facebook page is much more inviting with regular updates and posts. The have recently recommenced Youth Programs and have shown a series of posts with pictures showing what the programs are.

There is lots of information on the Facebook home page about opening hours, collections and events, including meet the author events coming up. 

This page is really a great source of up to date information about what the libraries of Canada Bay are providing for the public.
